Stanford Oliver

President & CEO

Stanford Oliver was born in Saint Louis, Missouri. He attended the University of Missouri at Rolla and received his BS degree in Mechanical Engineering. He then joined the United States Army, was accepted into the Aviation Corps, and was selected to participate in the first Army Blackhawk Helicopter course at Fort Rucker, Alabama. Mr. Oliver later earned an MBA from Boston University and an MS in Mechanical Engineering. After retiring from the Army in 2003, Mr.Oliver took over as President/CEO of DigiFlight.

Yevette Bratten

Executive Vice President

 Yevette Bratten is one of the original founders of DigiFlight. Since joining the firm in 1999, Ms. Bratten has been able to apply her multileveled management and technology experience to secure the strategic contracts and partnerships that resulted in a half decade of revenue increase of 50 percent each year.

Ms. Bratten’s reputation for exceeding expectations began with her service in the U.S. Army Signal Corps in Europe. She gained strategic leadership, international technology management, and financial experience with her subsequent position within a roll call of prestigious commercial firms. Ms. Bratten has proven herself as a hands-on, fanatically driven executive across a wide sector of IT, performing in roles of financial operations, portfolio management, network engineering, IT program officer, and Chief Information Officer.

Ms. Bratten earned a BS degree in Computer Science, a MS degree in Management Information Systems, and is a PhD candidate. Ms. Bratten also holds certifications in Information Technology Infrastructure Library, Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, and numerous IT related certifications.
 

Margaret Yee

Chief Financial Officer

Margaret Yee graduated from UC Berkeley with a BA in Applied Mathematics. She co-founded two Silicon Valley small businesses in the mid 1990's. Both companies went on to become mulit-million dollar enterprises. As a co-founder, Margaret initialized the accounting systems, designed benefit and human resource packages while securing funding. Her move to DigiFlight has been very beneficial to both daily and long term corporate operations. Margaret's personal relationships with capital resource managers has enabled DigiFlight to become a very robust enterprise. She is intimately involved with the accounting practices and uses her extensive engineering experience with Sun Microsystems to develop world class accounting software solutions for DigiFlight. She provides top level consultation to the board and executive level management in a variety of situations. 

Margo Gilmore

Vice President, Human Resources & Security

Margo Gilmore holds a BA in Business Administration. After beginning her career in business management, Ms. Gilmore served as Corporate Security Manager for two leading IT services companies delivering sophisticated solutions to the Federal Government. She managed employees with Top Secret security clearances and polygraphs who were serving the diverse needs of the U.S. Department of State and other Department of Defense agencies. At DigiFlight, Ms. Gilmore manages the construction and multimillion-dollar budgets associated with the DoD Certified Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility’s communication networks, all facets of Human Capital Management and Security.

Howard Dante Love

Principle Director, Systems and Software Engineering

Howard Love earned a BS in Computer Studies from the University of Maryland University College and an MS in Technical Management from Johns Hopkins University. Mr. Love, certified in ITIL, brings 20 years of IT experience to DigiFlight, primarily focused on Cyber Operations, Systems Engineering, Systems Integration and Test and Evaluation.
 

John “JT” Taylor

Director, Business Development & Marketing

JT Taylor holds a BS degree from the United States Military Academy, an MS degree in National Security Studies from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, as well as MS degrees from the University of Texas and the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College. Mr. Taylor served for 28 years as an Infantry officer in various command and staff positions in the 2nd Infantry Division, 82nd Airborne Division, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), Joint Task Force – Full Accounting in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the United States Military Academy, and the Office of the Director, Operational Test and Evaluation. Prior to his appointment at DigiFlight, Mr. Taylor served as the company’s Director of Test & Evaluation, Southern Region.
 

Paulette Risher

Principle Director, Huntsville Operations

Paulette Risher brings to DigiFlight some 40 years of experience in consulting, leading, managing and training. Paulette is twice retired, once as an Organizational Psychologist with the United States Air Force Research Laboratory and once as a Major General (2-Star) in the United States Army Reserve. Since her retirements in 2006, Paulette has provided consulting services in Huntsville, AL. Paulette holds a BS is Psychology, an MA in Organizational Psychology, and an MEd with a specialization in educational technology and adult learning. Paulette is a graduate of both the Army War College and the Air War Colleges.

Duane Jones

Vice President Cyber & Information Assurance

Duane Jones earned a Bachelor’s of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master’s of Science in Information and Telecommunications Systems from Johns Hopkins University Carey School of Business. Mr. Jones was a recipient of the Modern Day Technology Leader Black Engineer of the Year Award in 2008 for his technical leadership and support on multiple Department of Defense (DoD) programs and within the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) community. He has served the DoD since 1999, providing information assurance and cyber operations support. His expertise is in the areas of security engineering, security risk management, cross domain solutions, and cyber analysis. He holds the following professional certifications: Program Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Information System Security Engineering Professional (ISSEP) Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), EC-Council Certified Security Analyst (ECSA), and CompTIA Security+.

Dr. Steven R. Pierce

Director of Information Assurance

Steven Pierce holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, a Master’s in Information Systems, and multiple managerial and technical certifications supplemented with AFCEA, ISACA, ISC2, and PMI professional memberships.  Dr. Pierce brings 30+ years of multi-discipline military, civilian, and federal experience in technical / military leadership and program / project administration within multiple realms such as systems, software, security, engineering, architecture, certification / accreditation, strategic planning, analysis / design, and development / implementation.  Current multi-discipline support areas include Information Assurance, Cyber-Security, and Research / Development.
